Analysis/Planning
Following an initial consultation with you to determine the specifications for the propeller we will manufacture for your aircraft—including details such as engine and weight information—we will provide you with a production timeline and pricing schedule.
Design/Molding
The propeller we will custom-manufacture for your aircraft is designed in 3D by our designers using digital technology.
Mass Production
Once the prototype has been verified as compatible with your aircraft, the process moves on to the mass production phase.
Quality Control
The propellers we manufacture are inspected in accordance with our quality policy and any other guarantees you may require, and are certified according to the international standard of your choice.
