QUALITY CONTROL PROCESSES

The propellers manufactured for your unmanned aerial vehicle undergo a series of quality control checks in accordance with our standard quality policy and any other standards you specify.
Balancing
Balancing procedures help reduce vibration in the aircraft fuselage, ensuring a smoother and more comfortable flight. While static and dynamic balancing typically involve additional costs, they ensure the health and longevity of the propeller, as well as the engine, aircraft fuselage, and avionics components.
For this reason, the necessary inspections and procedures are conducted during the production stages, during quality control, during static and dynamic balancing, and prior to shipment.
Visual Inspection
For each of our propellers:
* Blade Tip,
* Blade Leading and Trailing Edges,
* Blade Surface and Blade Root,
* Propeller Spinner,
* Propeller Spinner Support Unit (Bulkhead Unit)
the necessary visual inspection procedures are performed.
During the visual inspection, the following are generally checked:
* Whether the propeller is in proper shape,
* Whether there are any blisters, delamination, punctures, scratches, pits,
fiber breaks, dents, corrosion, or bonding defects,
* Whether protective coating application, drilling, and other propeller-related processes have been fully completed.
Structural Propeller Testing
Propellers are subjected to bending tests at the required high forces. Subsequently, delamination inspections are performed using specialized equipment.
This ensures the propeller’s structural integrity and verifies that all internal layers are properly bonded together.
Brake Test Procedures
Propellers are tested in the brake test chamber, and a performance report is generated. The report includes thrust, torque, RPM, voltage, current, mechanical and electrical values, propeller-motor assembly efficiency, and environmental conditions.
